Here's another Southern California nugget of a band. They're called Health and they seem to be gaining popularity here in the southland and other parts of the world. I can't quite describe their sound, but they sure are pretty sonic and loud. Some of their stuff live sounds like Japanese Taiko drumming with kind of a DC punk flavor. Add a little electronics here and there for some frosting on this sonic cake and presto Health music will enter your ears and either make you want to dance or break shit. There seems to be some really good music happening lately and Health is definitely on my list of bands to watch.

Hey Ben. Jeff Harmon's friend John here. Last night I uploaded some cd's into my laptop and one Los Cincos cd had a live photo credit for a Ben Clark. I believe the cd came out in '96. Is that you?
Yes it was. They did a little digital combining of 2 pix for that one, but yeah thats mine alright. Talk soon.
